4. The operation shall be carried out in strict accordance with the rolling process procedure and operation method of the hydraulic rolling machine. When the upper roll is lifted to the limit position, great attention shall be paid to the safe operation of the equipment.

5. When the main drive is stopped, the upper roll can be lifted and lowered, the tilting reset of the overturning bearing and the tilting of the upper roll can be carried out.

6. In the process of operation, if there are abnormal phenomena such as irregular noise and impact, stop the machine immediately for inspection.

7. During operation, all personnel shall coordinate with each other and follow the command of the person in charge of the rolling plate. It is forbidden to start the machine without a password.

8. During the rolling operation of the hydraulic rolling machine, pay attention to that the hand is pressed by the steel plate and rolled in together with the steel plate.

9. When lifting steel plate or drum with crane, be careful not to collide with the machine.

After the completion of the hydraulic rolling machine, the materials shall be used up and the site shall be cleared after the completion of the work, and the equipment shall be well maintained, and the power supply shall be turned off in time.
