Because the unprofessional nature of their employees will bring danger at any time, so if they really want to repair, they must get the agreement of the organization.

When the motor stops striking during work, it may be that the circuit is overloaded or the rolling machine rolls the boards that exceed the bearing capacity, which can be divided into overload and other situations.

Solution: readjust the load capacity of the circuit, and determine the bending objects of the bending machine based on the load capacity of the machine tool. If the load capacity is exceeded, the bending will not be carried out.

The fault feature is the heating of the main shaft of the plate bending machine, which is generally due to the correct installation of the parts of the plate bending machine, such as convenient position, wear of the journal and hole of the main shaft and other abnormal phenomena.
